Do I need to:
Disable Windows Defender completely or can I just add the cheat as an exclusion?
Turn off UAC (User Account Control)?
Disable Core Isolation?
Turn off the Microsoft blocklist?

1. Yes. You can do either. We recommend to disable windows defender completely. If you create a ticket we are able to provide you with a program to do this.
