Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:

  1. You are unable to successfully launch the software on your computer, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
  2. You agree to cooperate with our support team to troubleshoot any issues that prevent the software from launching. This includes issues caused by third-party software or other problems that can be fixed by providing remedial instructions to you.
  3. It has not been more than 3 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  1. The software has been successfully launched and is working as described.
  2. The buyer purchased the software by mistake or changed their mind after purchase.
  3. The buyer does not have the necessary system requirements to run the software, as outlined in our product documentation.
  4. The buyer is unable or unwilling to follow the troubleshooting steps provided by our support team.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via ticket within 3 days of your purchase. Please provide the following information in your refund request:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
  3. Any troubleshooting steps you have already taken.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
