I purchased the wrong product

To make a purchase, go to our homepage and select your chosen product. Afterwards, scroll down to the buy section and select your desired payment method.

We offer alternative payment methods through our resellers. If you can't find your desired payment method, feel free to create a ticket and one of our staff members will assist you.

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrencies. Resellers can support additional regional payment methods.

If you've purchased the wrong product then don't worry - we can fix this for you. Please create a support ticket and wait for one of our staff members to take a look.

If you purchased directly through our website then you will not receive a license key. Your product will be automatically registered to your account.

There are several reasons why your payment may not have gone through. Here are a few possibilities:

• Insufficient funds - Your account may not have enough funds to complete the transaction.

• Expired card - The card you're using is no longer valid.

• Incorrect card details - The information entered (card number, expiry date, or security code) may be incorrect.

• Bank decline - Your bank or card provider may have blocked the transaction due to security checks or account restrictions.

Please note that declined payments are handled by your bank, and we are unable to override or resolve these issues on our end. If the problem continues, try contacting your bank, using a different card or payment method, or purchase through a reseller.

Usually, this is because the payment is still being processed by our payment provider. It may take up to a few hours for the product to be delivered.

If it's taking too long, or you don't think this is the issue, please create a support ticket and provide any relevant information such as transaction ID and time of payment.

We don't have a set schedule for sales. Normally, sales are offered during holidays or special occasions.
